This Booklet relates the great urban revolution Kuwait Witnessed Since the 1950s. It was so accelerated that only little traces of our architecture heritage were left. Some mandarins who supervised the development acceleration were of the opinion that the nature of our age required it. This report deals with the pro and con of those points of view.
